"God saw everything that he had made, and indeed, it was very good.” (Genesis 1:31)
Love and care creates value addition to beautiful things.
Love is always in the process of creation. Where there is love, there are new things and beauty. Love struggles to find out ways to give comfort and luxuries to her loved ones. When love works, the heaven will be in the banquet of joy and God will shower his blessings.
Psalm 65:9 - “You care for the land and water it; you enrich it abundantly.”
The progress, the growth, the development of a nation and the human development all are measured on the value added to the existing position. The great inventions and discoveries and the fruits of it that we are enjoying are all the manifestation, sacrifice and risks taken by the adventurers of love. Love never stands still but creates.
Lamentations 3:22 - "The unfailing love of the Lord never ends; By his mercies, we have been kept from complete destruction.”
Jesus is the lover of all lovers and He is within you which makes you as a new creation without any blemish and imperfection.
Isaiah 65 :17 - “For I am about to create new heavens and new earth; the former things shall not be remembered.”
Let us be in attention to the service of the new creation and added values of the talents God has given us.
Psalm 104:10 - “He makes springs pour water in to the ravines. It flows between the mountains.”
The Band-Aid (R) Brand Adhesive Bandage is common in medicine cabinets and first aid kits around the world. It was invented in 1921 by Earle Dickson, an employee of Johnson & Johnson. He was concerned for his wife, Josephine, who suffered frequent cuts and burns in the kitchen. They originally tried to wrap her wounds in gauze and adhesive tape, but the dressing usually fell off in a short time. Dickson tried placing some gauze in the centre of a piece of tape, and covering the whole thing with crinoline to keep it sterile. The invention worked so well for his wife that he took some examples of his work to show his colleagues. The company owner, James Johnson, caught wind of the idea, asked for a demonstration, and ultimately decided the company should manufacture them. If we have the concern and love in our attention to our loved ones, then miracles and wonders will spring out like rain in the desert.
Jesus, we pray for all the people who are in services of their own loved ones especially the sick and the disabled. Let new methods and technology be invented for life to become more comfortable and creative. We remember all the scientists and inventors of life-saving medicines and technology in use. All we ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
