Rice - 2 cups (cooked)
Onion - big 1 finely chopped
Green chilli - 3 finely chopped
Tomato - 2 small. Finely chopped
Few curry leaves
Udad dal (black gram ) - 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 Teaspoon
Mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry chilly chopped -1
salt for taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch.
Few coriander leaves
Fry udad dal, dry chilli, jeera, and cumin seeds
Then add onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
Add turmeric powder, tomato and mix well.
Add rice and salt.
When done, add coriander leaves and serve.
