One should consider much before criticizing something. One should not sin against God by criticizing His words and commandments.
We celebrate the Eucharist because:
Jesus Christ has commanded us to 'do this till his second coming.'; we celebrate the breaking of Eucharist. (Holy Communion) The church members have to receive the Holy Communion for the remission of sins and
for everlasting life. The celebration is not for money. During the earlier days, the members themselves offered the wheat and wine. Later for convenience they offered money instead of wheat and wine. (Canon)
[Some of the fellowships that state the above argument, collect money through many channels. The pastors and preachers are paid workers. Does this mean that they preach for money?]
